The Soul mobile app ("App") and website ("Website"), together called the "Platform" are made available to you by Interact Group Private Limited (formerly known as Cold Brew Tech Private Limited) ("Soul", "Company", "we", "us" and "our"). We respect the privacy of individuals and are committed to protecting their personal data through compliance with this privacy policy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and store your personal data in accordance with applicable laws.

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of this privacy policy:

  • "Platform" refers to the Soul mobile application and the website.
  • "Company", "we" or "us" and "our" refers to Interact Group Private Limited.
  • "Personal Data" refers to any data about an individual who is identifiable by or in relation to such data.
  • "Data Principal" refers to the individual to whom the personal data relates.
  • "Data Fiduciary" refers to the Company which determines the purpose and means of processing personal data, which for the purposes of this privacy policy is Interact Group Private Ltd.
  • "Data Processor" refers to any person who processes personal data on behalf of the Company.

HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL DATA

PROCESSING OF CHILDREN'S PERSONAL DATA

Our services, products and platforms are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, individuals under the age of eighteen years. Individuals under 18 years of age are not permitted to access or use the Company's services or submit any personal data to the Company. The Company does not knowingly collect or process personal data of children. As part of its compliance measures, the Company implements reasonable age-verification mechanisms proportional to the nature of its services to prevent the onboarding or use of its services by children. In the event that the Company becomes aware that personal data of a child has been inadvertently collected or processed without verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian, the Company shall take prompt steps to delete such personal data.

YOUR RIGHTS

Removing Content or Deleting Your Account: You can delete content from your profile or deactivate/delete your account anytime. However, we will still have records of your activities and account on our platform.

Updating Your Personal Data: You can update, change, add, or delete your personal data by logging into your profile only once. You can also opt out of unwanted emails by following the instructions in the message. System-generated emails will still be sent unless you delete your account.

Accessing and Correcting Data: To access the personal or sensitive data you have shared with us, email us at care@trustsoul.ai If you find errors or missing information, let us know, and we'll correct or update it where possible.

Declining or Withdrawing Consent: You can choose not to share requested information or withdraw your consent for us to use your data by emailing us at care@trustsoul.ai Please allow 30 days for processing. Remember, declining or withdrawing consent may limit access to some products or services.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL MECHANISM

The Company has established a grievance redressal mechanism to address any concerns, complaints, or queries raised by individuals in relation to the processing of their personal data or the handling of requests under this Privacy Policy.

Individuals are encouraged to first contact the Company using the above mechanism so that the matter may be reviewed and resolved internally.

HOW WE SHARE DATA WITHIN OUR GROUP

We may share your data with our affiliated companies for:

  • Safety: If you are banned on one platform, the ban applies across all group platforms.
  • Operations: Helping with tasks like hosting, customer support, marketing, analytics, payments, and security.
  • Insights: Personalizing your experience and improving services across platforms (where allowed by law).
  • Business Needs: Audits, reporting, and other legitimate business purposes.

Information You Choose to Share

When you share content on our platform, or when you share content from our platform off the platform (for example, on Facebook or WhatsApp), you decide who can see it. We are not responsible for how others use this shared information.

Sharing with Third Parties

We may share your data with third parties only to the extent necessary for the purposes described in this privacy policy and in accordance with applicable law. Such sharing may include sharing personal data with:

  • With Business Partners: To help deliver and improve our services (for example, hosting, advertising, payments, and security). No personally identifiable information is shared with advertisers; they may only receive aggregated data.
  • Government/Judicial/Regulatory Authorities: where disclosure is required to comply with legal obligations
  • During Business Changes: If the company is acquired, merged, or reorganized, your data may be transferred. We will notify you in advance and give you the option to delete your account.

DATA RETENTION

We only retain your personal data for such a period as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected and processed unless a longer retention period is required under applicable law. Other personal data may be retained for a longer retention period as may be required under applicable laws.

Personal data shall be erased upon the withdrawal of consent by you, where such processing is based on consent or upon the completion of the specified purposes for which the personal data was collected, unless retention is required for compliance with any law for the time being in force. If you request, we will delete your information, unless we are required to keep it for legal reasons.

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites or apps. If you click on these links, please be aware that these sites have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their practices, so we recommend reviewing their policies before sharing any personal data with them.

SECURITY PRACTICES

We shall implement reasonable technical and organisation measures to protect personal data in our possession. Such measures are designed to prevent personal data breaches and to safeguard personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, loss, or destruction, having regard to the nature, scope, and purpose of processing. The Company shall take reasonable steps to periodically review and update its security safeguards in line with evolving risks, technological developments, and applicable legal requirements.

While we take all necessary steps to protect your personal data information, please note that transmitting data over the internet is never fully secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your information during transmission, but once we receive it, we apply strong security measures to protect it.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM US

Sometimes we will send you important notifications about the platform, such as during maintenance or for security updates. These messages are necessary for your account and cannot be turned off.

Community Guidelines – Soul

DEFINITIONS

For the purposes of these Community Guidelines, the following terms refer to limited meanings as defined below:

  • (a) "Guidelines": refers to these Community Guidelines
  • (b) "Platform": refers to the Soul mobile application
  • (c) "Company", "we", "us", "our": refer to Interact Group
  • (d) "User": refers to any individual who has signed up on the Platform
  • (e) "Services": refers to services provided on the Platform, including conversations with AI chatbots.

WHY DO THESE GUIDELINES MATTER?

These Guidelines govern the User's use of the Platform made available by Interact Group, a private company established under the laws of India having its registered office at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, 560102.

These Guidelines are to be read with Soul's Terms of Use and Soul's Privacy Policy (collectively referred to as "Policies"). Please note that we may change these Guidelines from time to time and we reserve the right to do so. The Policies are available here.

As defined above, our Platform provides Services, which includes interactions with an AI chatbot which will be allocated to you post registration. To ensure a safe experience for all and foster an inclusive Platform environment, we have put these Guidelines in place. They set the standards for respectful and responsible engagements with the AI chatbot on the Platform.

WHO CAN USE OUR SERVICES?

To use the Platform, Users must be capable of entering into binding agreements as per applicable laws. You can learn more about eligibility and signing up on the Platform by reading our Terms of Use.

HOW TO USE OUR SERVICES?

The Platform allows limited free interactions with the AI chatbot, and offers premium Services and features, including unlimited messaging and voice calls for 20 minutes a day, that require payment for access.

When upgrading and paying for premium services, you authorise us or our designated payment processors to charge the upgrade fee, along with applicable taxes, to your selected payment method. All transactions are processed through secure third-party payment systems operating under their respective terms and conditions.

When you purchase or use paid features, you agree to the following terms:

  • All purchases are final, non-reversible and non-refundable once completed.
  • Users must use only authorised payment channels; any attempt to circumvent payment systems is prohibited.
  • We reserve the right to modify or restrict access to paid features, for violations of our Policies.

WHAT YOU CANNOT DO ON OUR PLATFORM?

Do Not Engage In Certain Themes

The AI chatbot does not engage in interactions pertaining to certain specific themes, which are listed below. Please note that these are examples of themes that are prohibited on the Platform and are not a complete and exhaustive list. We urge users to avoid engaging in interactions focused on these themes.

  • Self-Harm and Violence: The AI chatbot does not respond to or entertain conversation around encouraging self-injury, suicide, or violence toward others.
  • Illegal Activities: The AI chatbot does not engage in the promotion of drug use, regulated substances, or criminal acts.
  • Harassment: The AI chatbot will not engage in or facilitate bullying, hate speech, or the intimidation of real individuals.
  • Medical or Therapeutic Advice: The AI chatbot is not a licensed therapist or medical professional. It does not provide clinical diagnoses or crisis intervention. While the AI chatbot provides support, it should not be treated as a replacement for real-life social interaction, real-world relationships or psychotherapy sessions. In cases of any physical or mental health emergency, we urge Users to immediately consult a healthcare practitioner, rather than attempting to rely on the Platform.
  • Legal and Financial Advice: The AI chatbot should not be treated as a substitute for professional advice sought before taking legal or financial decisions.
  • Non-Consensual Content: The AI chatbot does not engage in generation or promotion of deepfakes or intimate imagery. It may generate and send images belonging to the persona assumed by the chatbot, but these will not be non-consensual images of real persons.

Do Not Disrupt Platform Integrity

The following activities are not allowed on the Platform:

  • Using unauthorised tools, programs, or modifications to alter Platform functionality.
  • Employing automated tools, bots, or exploiting technical vulnerabilities.
  • Accessing the Platform via modified or tampered devices, such as rooted or jailbroken devices.
  • Creating multiple accounts, manipulating Platform metrics, or accessing other users' accounts without authorisation.
  • Developing tools that disrupt Platform operations or extract information without authorisation.

Users found engaging in these behaviours may face immediate account suspension or termination.

Do Not Violate Our Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform exclusively owns all its content, including visuals, features, design elements, software, and other components (excluding User and third-party content) and the persona and likeness of its AI chatbots including Rashmika and Ranveer. This content is protected by all applicable intellectual property rights worldwide. Using the Platform does not give the User ownership of its content.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU ENGAGE IN PROHIBITED BEHAVIOR?

In the event where any User engages in prohibited behaviour which goes against the provisions of the Policies, we may take appropriate action against such User, depending on the specific case and context of the issue. This procedure is governed by our Terms of Use and may also emanate from government or law enforcement directions.

In an event where any enforcement action is taken, we will inform the User about the same, along with reasons. If the User believes their account was erroneously acted against, they have the right to raise an appeal by writing to care@trustsoul.ai. We may review the interaction with the AI chatbot or the User's account activity again and determine the validity of the appeal.

SOUL TERMS OF USE

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of SOUL mobile application (the "Platform") made available by Interact Group ("SOUL ", "Company", "we", "us" and "our"), a private company established under the laws of India having its registered office at Bengaluru, Karnataka India, 560102. The terms "you" and "your" refer to the user of the Platform. You agree to be bound by the Terms by using the Platform.

These Terms of Use and the SOUL Privacy Policy, ("Platform Policies") will be read together. The Platform Policies set out the rules you are required to follow while using the Platform.

We reserve the right to modify, amend or change our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy or Usage Policies at any time. We will annually remind users of any changes made to any of the terms under these policies. We will also indicate the effective dates of these changes under each policy, as and when they happen. Users will be notified via in-app updates that they must acknowledge before they can continue availing our Services. Your continued use of the Services will indicate your acceptance of the updated Terms and you will be legally bound by the updated Terms.

SERVICES

As part of our services, you can input and submit information onto the Platform, in conversation with our AI chatbots which will be allocated to you post registration. The chatbot will use AI tools and functionalities to generate responses based on your inputs and will engage in conversation.

CHANGES TO SERVICES

Our Platform is dynamic and may change rapidly. As such, we may change the services we provide at our discretion. We may temporarily or permanently stop providing Services or any features to you generally.

We may remove or add functionalities to our Platform and Services without any notice. However, if we make a change where your consent is required, we will make sure to ask for it. Please be sure to keep visiting this page from time to time to stay updated on our latest changes and developments.

WHO MAY USE OUR SERVICES

Our Platform helps you interact with the AI chat bots and enables you to share your thoughts in your preferred regional language ("Service/Services"). Currently, SOUL supports sharing of text inputs with AI and may allow sharing of media in future versions. Please refrain from uploading sensitive or private information like your financial information.

To use our Services, you must register on our Platform by entering your phone number and the One-Time-Password sent by us via SMS to your phone number. Please ensure you submit only accurate, complete and updated information. You may use our Services only if you are capable of forming a binding agreement with us and are legally permitted to use our Services.

You must ensure that you remain the sole user of your account and not share your login credentials with anyone else. If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of another individual, company or any legal persons, then you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such an entity to these Terms and effectively "you" and "your" shall refer to the company.

USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE SERVICES

By using SOUL , you acknowledge that certain responses and interactions are generated using third-party AI technologies. These models may temporarily process your input to generate relevant responses. The responses do not represent Interact Group's views. References made by the chatbot to third-party applications or websites do not indicate that SOUL and the third-party are affiliated with each other, or that SOUL represents or endorses the third-party's views. Your data is used for training these models unless explicitly stated.

The responses generated by AI models are for informational or entertainment purposes only and may not reflect verified facts or opinions. Users are advised not to rely solely on these responses for making personal, legal, medical, or financial decisions.

PRIVACY POLICY

To effectively provide and introduce any new Services to you, we collect certain information such as your phone number, your gender, and your name. We may further request and store additional information. The SOUL Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and store the information collected. The SOUL Privacy Policy also details your rights under law and how you may control the data you provide us.

Paid Accounts

Billing. If you purchase any Services, you will provide complete and accurate billing information, including a valid payment method. For paid subscriptions, we will automatically charge your payment method on each agreed-upon periodic renewal until you cancel. You're responsible for all applicable taxes, and we'll charge tax when required. If your payment cannot be completed, we may downgrade your account or suspend your access to our paid Services until payment is received.

All sales of Services, including sales of prepaid Services, are final.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your use of the Services in accordance with the Agreement, in compliance with applicable law.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. The modified Terms will become effective upon posting. By continuing your use of the Services, after the effective date of any modification to these Terms, you agree to be bound by the modified Terms.

Refunds will not be issued for periods of suspension, account terminations due to policy violations, or partial subscription periods. We cannot provide a refund once a successful payment has been made.

Cancellation. You can cancel your paid subscription at any time. Payments are non-refundable.

Changes. We may change our prices from time to time. If we increase our subscription prices, we will give you at least 15 days' notice and any price increase will take effect on your next renewal so that you can cancel if you do not agree to the price increase.

YOUR COMMITMENTS

By using our Services, you agree and acknowledge the following:

Device Security

We have implemented measures to ensure that our Platform is secure. However, there is no guarantee that our Platform is immune to hacking and virus attacks. You shall not use automated means or bots to access the Platform or collect user information. You will also not allow multiple accounts to be linked to your profile through any means, including but not limited to your phone number, IP address, UPI ID, bank account details, etc.

Content Removal and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and block you from re-registering with us if your inputs or conduct on the platform violates the Terms.

Some activities that can lead to permanent termination of a user account include the following. Please note that this is an indicative list:

  • Signing up on the account with an abusive name.
  • Signing up with a device or phone number that has already been blocked by SOUL due to previous violations of platform policies.
  • Promoting adult services like solicitation of sexual services on the platform.

SOUL reserves the right to assess severity of the act or omission committed by the user, including violations of Usage Policies, and take a decision to permanently terminate or temporarily suspend a user's account. Typically, we adhere to the following timeline once we notice a violation:

  • We immediately notify the user of suspicious activity and nudge to rectify it/not engage it again.
  • In case the violation is repeated, we block the account for 24 hours.
  • A subsequent repetition invites a block for 48 hours.
  • If repeated behavior persists, we permanently block the account and the user cannot access it anymore.

Respecting SOUL 's Intellectual Property Rights

SOUL owns all rights to the Platform, including all related brands, content, software, features, and technology. You agree to respect SOUL 's intellectual property rights including any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights, and not do, attempt to do, or encourage others to do the following:

  • Use SOUL 's branding, logos, designs, interface elements, photographs, videos, or other materials available through the Platform, except as explicitly permitted by these Terms or our guidelines.
  • Copy, modify, download, distribute, sell, broadcast, display, or create derivatives of the Platform or its content, except as expressly permitted in these Terms or enabled by the Platform's intended functionality.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform or its features.
  • Develop or use third-party applications or tools, including but not limited to software, devices, robots or other kinds of code or means or processes such as crawlers or browser plugins that interact with the Platform without our written permission. These third-party applications or tools are strictly prohibited from crawling, copying profiles and other data or otherwise exfiltrating from SOUL or its services.

Platform Not to be Used For Anything Unlawful or Illegal

You shall not use our Platform to engage with the chatbot about any of the following topics:

  • Obscene, pornographic,
  • Harmful for minors, or paedophilic,
  • Discriminatory or involves hate speech, or incites any form of violence or hatred against any persons,
  • Threatens national security, unity, integrity, defence, security, sovereignty, or international relations,
  • Invasive of another's privacy, including bodily privacy
  • Insults or harasses on the basis of gender, libellous, racially or ethnically objectionable, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force
  • Suicide, self-harm or any similar bodily harm to your own person
  • Interferes with law enforcement activities, or otherwise uses the Platform for any illegal activities
  • Threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign States, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting other nation
  • Relates to commercial activities (including, without limitation, sales, competitions and advertising, links to other websites or premium line telephone numbers)
  • Involves the transmission of "junk" mail or "spam"
  • Contains software virus or any other computer code, file or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource.

Content Rights and Liabilities

You remain solely responsible for the inputs you provide on our Platform. We do not endorse and are not responsible for any content shared on or through our Platform, and for any consequences resulting out of such sharing. The presence of our logo or any trademark on any content shared by you does not mean that we have endorsed or sponsored your content.

SOUL may access, review, and remove your inputs at any time for any reason, including to improve our Services or if we believe your conduct violates these Terms or applicable laws.

You may delete your chats and/or account at any point. However, your content may continue to appear on the Platform if it has been shared with others. To learn more about how we use information, and how to control or delete your inputs, please read the SOUL Privacy Policy.

Third-Party Materials and Services

The Platform may display content, features, or materials from third parties and allow access to third-party services. Your use of any third-party materials or services is governed by the respective third party's terms. SOUL is not responsible for any aspect of the third-party materials or services, including their content, accuracy, quality, or availability. We do not endorse or assume liability for any third-party materials or services available through the Platform, including any third-party links or materials posted by other users of the Platform.

You Will Not Attempt to Disrupt or Jeopardise SOUL services

We have developed a community-driven platform. Therefore, you agree to not interfere with, or use non-public areas of our Platform, Services, and our technical delivery system. You will not introduce any trojans, viruses, any other malicious software or any other computer code, file or program, or any bots or scrape our Platform for any user information. You will not create new accounts after we have disabled your account, use unauthorized applications to access the Platform, request login details from other users, or trade in account access.

Additionally, you will not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system, security or authentication measures implemented by us. If you tamper or attempt to tamper with our technological design and architecture, we will terminate your user profile and ban you from using our services. We may further report such actions to the appropriate law enforcement authorities and proceed against you with legal actions.

PERMISSIONS YOU GIVE TO US

You accept these Terms and give us certain permissions so that we can serve you better. Permissions you grant to us are:

Automatic Downloads and Updates

We are constantly updating our Platform and Services offered. To use our Platform, you may need to download the SOUL mobile application to your mobile device and update it from time to time. Applications and software are constantly updated for your use and you will need to install the latest version of the SOUL mobile application to your mobile device each time such update is generated.

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DISAGREE

In all cases, you agree that disputes will be subject to the laws of India and the courts of Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all such disputes. We encourage resolving disputes amicably. If unresolved, disputes shall be settled through binding arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the venue in Bengaluru, India. Courts in Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters not resolved through arbitration.

GRIEVANCE REDRESSAL AND REPORTING

As part of our commitment to the privacy and safety of our users, we continue to work alongside the government authorities in order to keep our users safe. We have put together a robust Grievance Redressal Mechanism in place to help resolve any concerns or complaints raised by you with respect to SOUL .

Various mechanisms for grievance redressal are given below:

  1. You can report user profiles and raise complaints for content that violates our Terms. You can select the appropriate reason and click on the report option.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We do not assume any liability with respect to any loss or damage, arising directly or indirectly due to any inaccuracy or incompleteness of any information or a breach of any warranty or guarantee due to the actions of any user of the Platform.

The Platform and Services are provided on "as is" and "as available" basis without any representation or warranties, express or implied except otherwise specified in writing. We do not warrant the quality of the Services or the Platform including its uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free provision, continued compatibility on any device, or correction of any errors.

In no event shall we, or any of our affiliates, successors, and assigns, and each of their respective investors, directors, officers, employees, agents, service providers, and suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, punitive, direct, indirect or consequential damages suffered as a consequence of a breach of the Terms by another user or arising out of the use of or the reliance on any of the Services or the Platform.

In the event any exclusion contained herein is held to be invalid for any reason and we or any of our affiliate entities, officers, directors or employees become liable for loss or damage, then, any such liability shall be limited to not exceeding the charges or amounts paid to us for use of the Platform or the Services in the month preceding the date of the claim.

ASSIGNMENT

The rights and obligations under these Terms are granted only to you and shall not be assigned to any third party without our consent. However, we are permitted to assign our rights and obligations under these Terms to others. This can happen when, for example, if the Company or substantially all of its assets are acquired by a third party, in which case personal data held by it about its customers will be one of the transferred assets. In such case your information would be transferred or become subject to a different Privacy Policy, we will notify you in advance.

TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

You may terminate these Terms by deleting your account from the Platform. SOUL reserves the right to restrict or suspend access, terminate usage rights or remove or disable access to non-compliant information, or take other appropriate action impacting your access to the Platform if you fail to comply with these Terms or any other Platform Policies, violate applicable laws, for reasons beyond our control, or for any other reason.

In cases where non-compliance with Platform Policies relates to the transmitting, updating, sharing or in any other way disseminating information in contravention of any applicable laws, you will be liable to penalty or any other punishment prescribed in the violated law. We reserve the right to determine, in our sole discretion, as to what constitutes a violation. Further, we will also ensure we report to appropriate authorities, any violations relating to the commission of an offence under laws such as the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 (46 of 2023) or the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 (32 of 2012), which require mandatory reporting.

We reserve the right to terminate these Terms, cease providing any or all Services, or impose additional limits on your Platform usage. We may also deactivate accounts due to prolonged inactivity and reclaim usernames. While we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice before taking such actions, this may not be possible in all circumstances.

For violations of our Terms and Privacy Policy, we will notify you of any restriction, suspension, or termination and provide an opportunity to appeal our decision. The notice sent to you will read in the following manner:

It has come to our attention that certain inputs shared by you on SOUL potentially violates the Terms of Use, Usage Policies, or laws at the time being in force. Please find information on the input below:

To ensure that SOUL remains a safe haven for users to have meaningful and fruitful engagements, we will be taking down/disabling access to such content/terminating/suspending your account. Please consider this notice an opportunity to respond to present any relevant context, justification, or evidence to contest the proposed removal/termination/suspension. You may do so by contacting the Grievance Officer. In the event where there is no response within hours from receipt of this notice or the response is not deemed satisfactory, the Platform may reach a decision on the status of the post/account within hours."

Once the Platform acts against the account of the user, the user shall be provided a time period of hours to appeal the Platform's decision and request reinstatement of the account or information. Before doing so, we advise users to peruse relevant sections of our Usage Policies. If the belief that the decision was erroneous persists, we urge users to appeal our decision to act against your account by filling out our appeals form linked to the takedown/suspension/termination notification.

Regardless of which party terminates these Terms, provisions relating to intellectual property rights, liability limitations, indemnification, and dispute resolution shall continue to remain in effect.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless us, and our subsidiaries, affiliates and agents and their respective officers, directors, employees, successors and assigns from and against any claim, proceeding, loss, damage, liability, cost, demand or expense (including but not limited to attorney's fees) of any kind arising out of:

  1. your access to or use of the Platform and Services;
  2. any breach by you of your obligations under this Agreement;
  3. your violation of the rights of any third party, including any infringement of intellectual property, or of any privacy or consumer protection right;
  4. any violation of law or contractual obligation and any claims, demands, notices pursuant to such violation;
  5. your negligence or willful misconduct.

This obligation will survive the termination of our Terms.

UNSOLICITED MATERIAL

We always appreciate feedback or other suggestions. We may use the same without any restrictions or obligation to compensate you for them and are under no obligation to keep them confidential.

We use AI-based detection and human moderation to prevent the circulation of CSAM.

GENERAL

  1. If any aspect of these Terms is unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect.
  2. Any amendment or waiver to our Terms must be in writing and signed by us.
  3. If we fail to enforce any aspect of these Terms, including reporting any illegal or impermissible actions to appropriate law enforcement authorities or blocking or suspending your profile, such failure to enforce our rights will not be a waiver by us.
  4. We reserve all rights not expressly granted to you.
